ioSync brings personal Outlook 2000 / Outlook XP / Outlook 2003 information to Cisco 7940 / 7960 / 7970 IP telephones. Finally, your own Outlook contacts will be available for one-click dialing from any telephone on your Cisco CallManager 4.x network. Your e-mail and calendar information will be available from any phone too, even if you are in a meeting room. This product is a unique synchronization solution since once a synchronization is completed, the source computer may be disconnected from the network or turned off. In conjunction with ioTrigger (included with ioSync), an incoming call's caller ID triggers Outlook information (name, notes, etc.) to appear instantly on the Cisco VoIP telephone. Microsoft Exchange is supported, but not required. Single login via Cisco's Extension Mobility is supported too.
